Delivery
All orders are dispatched same or next working day unless otherwise stated. We use a courier service for delivery.
New Zealand customers will receive orders within 3 working days.
Off Shore customers will receive theirs in 10-14 working days. (Goods can sometimes get held up in customs which is beyond our control)
Your order may need to be signed for, so if you're not going to be there, please specify an alternate address, such as your work address. We are happy for your package to be left in the perimeters of your property or with work colleagues at your specific request. However, in these circumstances, we are unable to take responsibility for any loss or damage which may occur.

Returns Policy
We are happy for you to return any "as new" and unused or faulty goods that you bought in error within seven days of receipt of your purchase. We will refund items in full. We will not refund any postage costs on the returned item.
